Looking for experienced technicians to troubleshoot, activate and winterize systems, use multi-meters, wire trackers, fault finders etc. to service residential and commercial irrigation systems. Excellent communication and customer service skills, Chauffeur’s License, and 2-4 years experience in irrigation service and repair are REQUIRED.
Landscape Install TechnicianDetails
Looking for landscape installers who are interested in learning more about the landscape industry, hardscaping, and softscaping. This position is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or someone with minimal landscape experience looking for mentoring.

Mow Crew MemberDetails
Looking for experienced commercial and residential mowers with a Chauffeur’s License. This position is perfect for candidates who enjoy a fast pace, structured schedule, and autonomy. You will be assigned to a mowing route for a variety of different customers. We’re looking for someone with experience operating landscape maintenance equipment, weeding, and pruning.
You must have impeccable communication skills, and assisting other areas of the maintenance department is required depending on work load. You will be highly visible to customers, so attention to detail and professionalism is critical.
Bed Maintenance Crew MemberDetails
Looking for crew members who are passionate about the outdoors and maintaining a healthy environment for various landscape sites. This candidate should have experience pulling weeds in landscape beds and concrete. This candidate will also have an eye for sculpting different beds, shrubs, and/or small trees, etc. by installing mulch and pruning meticulously.
You will be required to assist in other areas of the maintenance department depending on work load. You will be highly visible to customers, so attention to detail, excellent communication, professionalism, and customer service skills is critical.
Looking for experienced tree climbers who enjoy being outside and caring for trees. Summit wants to be an example of Proactive, Responsive, and Versatile tree workers in the industry. This position is not for beginner tree climbers, but for climbers who have a considerable amount of experience and background in tree climbing and pruning.
This candidate will need 3-5 years of climbing experience with MRS or SRT systems as well as 3-5 years of pruning and removal experience. This role focuses mainly on caring for trees/shrubs and removal as needed. Requires someone who is passionate about making a difference in the environment by pruning and caring for various species of trees. A Chauffeur’s License is required, and a CDL-A License a plus.
Looking for someone who is interested in learning about the tree industry and passionate about Arboriculture. You will experience excellent training provided by an ISA-certified Arborist. You will support climbers by preparing trucks and collecting equipment needed for the job site.
Ideal candidates typically transition to learning how to become a tree climber in less than 1 year. This role takes direction from their foreman and is responsible for keeping the worksite safe, having the proper equipment at the site, and help deliver information to clients.
Motivation, a self-starter attitude, and excellent communication skills are required. You will be highly visible to customers and interact with them, so attention to detail and professionalism is critical.
Looking for experienced technicians who have their Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (3A, 3B, and 6) and Chauffeur’s License. This candidate will apply fertilizer, pesticides, and herbicides to various commercial/residential client sites. This is the perfect job for someone interested in practicing plant health care and helping make a positive change to the environment for plants, trees, etc.
You should be comfortable mixing chemicals, performing lawn aeration, working independently, and interacting with customers on client sites. 2-3 years of pesticide application is preferred along with excellent communication skills, customer service, and professionalism. You will be highly visible to customers, so following instructions and attention to detail is critical.
