Irrigation Service Technician
DetailsSUMMARY
The Irrigation Service Technician is responsible for the service and repair of commercial and residential irrigation systems.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Troubleshoots and repairs irrigation systems for residential and commercial clients using a variety of hand tools.
- Repairs and replaces hoses, pipes, and numerous types of sprinkler heads, fixtures, and valves.
- Activates and winterizes irrigation systems.
- Uses multi-meter, wire tracker, fault finder, and other job-related tools.
- Interacts respectfully with clients on-site as needed. Resolves issues or escalates to foreman.
- Programs timers, clocks, and controls for sprinklers.
- May assist in various maintenance activities as required.
- Flexes work schedule as business demands.
- Follows all safety and housekeeping protocols.
- Fills snow removal position during snow season and perform all associated duties.
- Reports to work on time each day, identifies and suggests job improvements, and strives for quality.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid driver license with clean record. Chauffeur license is preferred.

Landscape Install Foreman
DetailsSUMMARY
The Landscape Install Foreman is responsible for completion of landscape and hardscape installation jobs with a high level of quality, safety and efficiency. The foreman also provides guidance and direction to crew members.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directs the work of crew members on job sites. Promotes the development and training of crew members in company and industry standards.
- Communicates production goals and plans to crew members. May schedule delivery of materials and equipment.
- Prepares lawn areas to include grading, spreading topsoil and spreading mulch.
- Installs plants and trees.
- Builds retaining walls, patios and edging using pavers, blocks and bricks.
- Follows company and industry standards for landscape installation.
- Loads and unloads product and equipment from trucks and trailers manually or using skid steer or other mechanical equipment.
- Interacts respectfully with clients on-site as needed. Resolves issues or escalates to manager.
- Flexes work schedule as business demands.
- Follows all safety and housekeeping protocols.
- Fills snow removal position during snow season and perform all associated duties.
- Reports to work on time each day, identifies and suggests job improvements, and strives for quality.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum two years of landscape installation experience, hardscape installation experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid Driver License with clean record. Chauffeurs license is preferred.
- Ability to read, interpret and instruct others from a landscape design blueprint.
- Understands financial aspects of each job assignment.
- Supervising / crew management experience preferred.
Lawn Maintenance Foreman

SUMMARY
The Lawn Maintenance Foreman is responsible for the completion of daily lawn mowing routes for residential and commercial lawn maintenance sites. The Foreman is also responsible for providing guidance to mowing technicians, and leading projects or assignments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operates a variety of mowing equipment to mow customer’s lawns in an organized and efficient manner according to company specification for cut and height.
- Trims and/or shapes lawn edges using weed whip or stick edger.
- Learns and independently follows the weekly or bi-weekly mowing route.
- Clears and finishes work area. Operates other outdoor power equipment, such as leaf blowers, to complete job.
- Directs activities on the job site. Provides on-the-job training to new and developing crew members.
- Communicates production goals and/or work specifications to crew members.
- Conducts job site safety training for crew members, assuring all safety procedures are followed.
- May drive company vehicle with trailer attached.
- Interacts respectfully with clients on-site as needed. Resolves issues or escalates to manager.
- Flexes work schedule as business demands.
- Follows all safety, PPE, tool care, and housekeeping protocols.
- Fills snow removal position during snow season and perform all associated duties.
- Reports to work on time each day, identifies and suggests job improvements, and strives for quality.

Landscape Maintenance Foreman
DetailsSUMMARY
The Landscape Maintenance Foreman is responsible for maintaining landscape beds at both residential and commercial sites. The Foreman is also responsible for providing guidance to landscape maintenance technicians, and leading projects or assignments.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Performs scheduled weed control maintenance on both residential and commercial clients’ properties.
- Installs mulch manually with shovel or wheelbarrow. Maintains clean and neat work area.
- Prunes shrubs, bushes and trees.
- Properly applies pesticides following pesticide application policy an d state regulations.
- Operates hedge trimmer, weed whip, bed edger, backpack blower, shovel, and other job-related tools in safe manner.
- Directs activities on the job site. Provides on-the-job training to new and developing crew members.
- Communicates production goals and/or work specifications to crew members.
- Conducts job site safety training for crew members, assuring all safety procedures are followed.
- May drive company vehicle with trailer attached.
- Interacts respectfully with clients on-site as needed. Resolves issues or escalates to manager.
- Flexes work schedule as business demands.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- While performing the duties of this job, the position is regularly exposed to outdoor environmental conditions including extreme hot and cold conditions.
- Regular heavy lifting, bending, crawling and digging.
- Employee may be required to walk for long stretches of time.
- Employee should be able to lift 50 pounds unassisted, and be able to hold equipment at shoulder height for long periods of time.
